Atelier Noven is being incorporated in the European Union. Until registration completes, the details below that depend on it (company name, number, registered address, VAT number) are published in our legal notice as soon as they exist.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of ateliernoven.com (“the site”), run by Atelier Noven. By using the site you agree to them. Our services are governed separately by our terms of business and the agreement we sign with each client.
2. Using the site
The site is free to use and provided “as is”. We can change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time. Don’t try to get unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it works, or use it to send anything unlawful or harmful.
3. Our content
Everything on the site, including the text, the notes on our Thinking page, the design, graphics and code, belongs to Atelier Noven or our licensors. You can read it, print it, share links to it and quote short extracts with credit. You can’t republish it, sell it, or use it to train machine-learning models without our written permission.
4. Not advice
Content on the site is general information about growth and marketing. It isn’t advice for your specific situation, and you shouldn’t rely on it as such. Advice comes only within a paid engagement.
5. Links
You can link to any page of the site, as long as you don’t suggest we endorse you. We aren’t responsible for sites we link to.
6. Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, or any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Privacy
How we use personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country where Atelier Noven is incorporated, as shown in our legal notice, and its courts have jurisdiction. This doesn’t remove any mandatory rights you have where you live.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
